摘要
目的探讨静脉滴注复方丹参注射液后同时出现多例不良反应的应急处理及护理方法。方法回顾分析我院2006年4月27日同时出现的14例患者静脉滴注复方丹参注射液后出现不良反应的应急处理和护理过程，并对其进行总结。结果本组14例患者经过积极的应急处理和精心护理后，所有病例不良反应的症状均得到有效缓解，未留后遗症状。结论对于发生于同一时间多例的药物不良反应，关键是及时启动应急措施，积极对症治疗，安慰患者及家属，稳定情绪，详细解释不良反应发生的原理、处理原则，以避免留下后遗症。
Objective In order to know the emergent management and nursing points for 14 patients with adverse effects by salvia miliorrhiza co. at the same time. Methods The datum of 14 patients with adverse effects by salvia miliorrhiza co. were reviewed. Results 14 cases came back from adverse effects and didn＇t leave behind sequela after actively emergent management and carefully nursing. Conclusion When adverse effects in many cases occurred at the same time,it was key step that starting emergent management. At one time it was to release patient and their family numbers,to level off patient＇s feeling and disease related knowledge to them explain.
