摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定解痉镇痛酊中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法采用C18柱,甲醇:1%醋酸溶液(40∶60)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为283 nm,柱温为35℃。结果橙皮苷在0.102-0.765μg范围内线性良好,r=0.999 6;平均加样回收率为97.7%,RSD为1.38%(n=5)。结论该方法快速简便,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可用于解痉镇痛酊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the determination method of hesperidin in Jiejing Zhentong Tincture by RP-HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on C18 column, with methanol-1% acetic acid（40： 60） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-l , the detection wavelength was at 283 nm, and the column temperature was 35℃. Results The linear range of hesperidin was in the range of 0. 102 - 0.765 μg, r = 0.999 6. The average recovery was 97.7% , and RSD was 1.38% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion This method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, and it can be used for quality control of Jiejing Zhentong Tincture.
