摘要
对罗勒的基本营养成分进行了较为全面的分析测定。结果表明:罗勒的矿物质元素含量丰富,还有适量的维生素C,蛋白质,脂肪以及果胶等营养成分。因此,罗勒营养成分种类齐全,含量丰富,具有较高的营养价值。
The analysis testing on basic nutrient components of ocimum basilicum was carded on. Results showed that the mineral element content was abundant in ocimum basilicum. Nutrient components were also including suitable vitamin C, protein, fat and pectin, etc. Therefore, the nutrient components in ocimum basilicum were completion and rich, which had higher nutritional value.
