论述了中小型医院图书馆在新形势下应牢固树立以读者为本的服务理念,提高馆员的业务能力,并探讨了做好读者服务工作的措施。
This paper discusses on that the small and medium-sized hospital library should set up the people-based service concept in the new situation and improve the professional skills of librarians, and probes into the measures for doing well the service for readers.
