阐述了地市级数字图书馆建设的必要性,探讨了地市级图书馆目前具备的建设数字图书馆的基础条件,介绍了数字图书馆的基本工作内容,提出了建设地市级数字图书馆应解决的问题。
This paper expounds the necessity of constructing the prefecture （ city ）-level digital library, probes into the basic conditions that the prefecture （ city ）-level library possesses to construct the digital library at present, and introduces some basic working contents of the digital library, and puts forward some problems that should be solved for the construction of the prefecture（ city）-level digital library.
