摘要
本文研究了测定痕量钴的动力学光度法,它基于在Clark-Lubs缓冲溶液(PH=9.8)中。钴(Ⅱ)能催化过氧化氢氧化胭脂红酸的反应,并使后者褪色。方法的灵敏度为3.20×10^(-5)μg/ml〔当1g(Ao/A)=0.001,b=1cm〕。根据Arrhenus方程式,计算得出表观催化反应活化能为70.25kJ/mol。方法已用于赣江水、茶叶和维生素B_(12)注射液中钴的测定。相对标准偏差分别为2.59%、3.91%和3.32%。
A very sensitive kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of cobalt(Ⅰ)is studied. This method is based on the oxidation of carminic acid with hydrogen peroxide in Clark-Lubs buffer solution(pH=9.8)catalysed decolorizing reaction. The sensitivity of method is 3.20×10^(-5)μg/ml.〔as 1g(Ao/A)=0. 001, b=1cm〕. The apparent activation energyof catalytic reaction is 70.25 kJ. mol^(-1). The method has been applied to the determination of cobalt in water of Ganjiang, tea leaf and injection of vitamine B_(12)samples, the relative standard deviations are 2.59%, 3.91% and 3.22% respectively.
