摘要
动荡不定的行政环境要求行政组织适时变革,然而,在行政组织中开展变革并非易事,国内学术界关于此课题的研究依然处于起步阶段。本文介绍了包括"评估"、"确定策略"和"一体化变革"三个阶段的战略转换过程,并探讨了此过程对我国行政组织变革的几方面启示。
The turbulent administrative environment calls for continual transformations in administrative organizations. So far, however, studies on the process of organizational transformation are far from enough to help people comprehend as well as manage this task. The article introduces a 3-stage strategic change process brought by Paul C. Nutt and Robert W. Backoff, and discusses what inspiration it gives to the transformations of administrative organizations in China.
