摘要
面对全球竞争激烈的农业产业的特殊性,从全球价值链的视角来认识农业产业集群的持续健康发展,在全球价值链中捕捉、创造、保持价值是农业产业集群发展的必然趋势。目前,我国农业产业集群没有发挥比较优势,在价值链上定位雷同,价值实现空间狭窄,品牌效应不足导致保持价值能力有限。提升农业产业集群在全球价值链中的定位要加强对农业产业的污染治理,大幅度提高农产品品质;采取比较优势战略,走特色农业发展之路;尊重农业产业链的运行规律,强化产前、产中、产后三者的有机联系。
Facing the particularity of the agriculture in the global fierce competition, the sustained and healthy development of agricultural industrial cluster should be realized from the angle of global value chain, and it is the inexorable trend of agricultural industrial cluster development to capture, create, and maintain value in the global value chain. At present, the agricultural industrial cluster of our country does not give play to the comparative advantage, make a reservation on the value chain identically, the value implementation space is narrow, and the brand effect is insufficient, which result in the limited ability of keeping value. Promoting the localization of agricultural industrial cluster in the global value chain should strengthen the pollution control of the agricultural industry, improve agricultural products＇quality by a large margin, adopt the strategy of comparative advantage, take the development road of characteristic agriculture, respect the operation law of the agricultural industry chain, and strengthen the organic connection before, in and after production.
