出血性转化的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 出血性脑梗死于1873年由Lindell首先观察到,1951年Fisher和Adams首先提出出血性脑梗死这一名称.出血性脑梗死(hemorrhagicinfarction,HI)是指在脑梗死后,由于缺血区血管重新恢复血流灌注,导致的梗死区内继发性出血,上世纪80年代,由于CT的广泛应用和抗凝治疗的开展,为区分是首次CT发现的HI,或是抗凝等干预措施所引起的HI,神经病学家使用了“出血性转化 (hemorrhagictransformation,HT)”一词.国外经常把HI称为“红色梗死”,以区别于缺血的“白色梗死”.现将HT的研究进展综述如下。
