复发性脑膜炎中SPECT脑脊液显像诊断隐匿性脑脊液鼻漏 被引量:1

摘要 脑脊液鼻漏(Cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea,CFR)是脑脊液(csf)经破裂或缺损的蛛网膜、硬脑膜和颅底骨板注入鼻腔或鼻窦,再经前鼻孔或鼻咽流出,在上呼吸道感染后可引起颅内感染反复发作,具有潜在致命危险,正确处理CFR对治愈复发性脑膜炎意义重大,欲成功手术治疗CFR,关键是术前对CFR作出定性和准确定位诊断,有明显csf外溢的CFR定性诊断较易,而对于少或无csf外溢的隐匿性CFRI定性定位诊断却较为棘手.本文报告1999~2006年间对16例因隐匿性CFR致复发性脑膜炎患者所行的单光子发射计算机断层扫描(SPECT)脑脊液显像结合分鼻道棉拭放射性测定结果,旨在提高隐匿性CFR手术前定性定位的诊治水平.
