摘要
目的:了解和掌握医改实施后,军队伤病员在诊疗过程中存在的问题及对医改的认知情况,探索解决问题的方法和措施。方法:对某军队三级甲等医院军队伤病员医改满意程度及医改认知情况进行调查,采用Microsoft Excel 2003和spss11.0软件对问卷调查结果进行汇总、比较和分析。结果:六类调查对象对医改的总体满意度为79.3%,并对各类保障水平和诊疗活动中存在的问题进行了统计分析。结论:①分类保障模式初步形成,但政策法规的宣传教育仍需进一步加强;②基本认可持卡就医形式,但就医流程及方便程度仍需进一步改进;③医疗保障水平有所上升,但经费保障、合理用药水平及服务质量仍需进一步提高;④分级救治范围已经明确,但基层医疗机构保障能力仍需进一步落实。
Objective： To find out the existing problems in the treatments of military patients and the cognition conditions patients to military health care system reform, and explore countermeasures. Methods： Satisfaction degree of military patients and cognition conditions on military health care system reform were investigated. The results were analyzed with Excel 2003 and Spss 11. 0. Results： The general satisfaction degree was 79.3% in six -types objects. The problems in the treatment of military patients were analyzed. Conclusion： （1）Tfiage support pattern has been formed, but the propaganda of policy and regulation still need to be reinforced; （2）The means of holding cards hospitalization has been recognized, but the hospitalization procedure still need to be improved; （3）The support level has been increased, but outlay, drug and service quality still need to be improved ; （4）The scope of triage has been defined, but the capability still needs to be imoroved.
