基于实测热流的圆坯结晶器保护渣三维传热计算

摘要 利用有限差分法,以实测非均匀热流为边界条件,建立圆坯-保护渣-结晶器三维计算模型,计算得到圆坯温度场、结晶器温度场和表层保护渣温度场,并通过引入修正的气隙宽度计算公式,计算了缝隙保护渣的渣膜厚度分布,其计算结果与文献所报道的数据基本符合;计算中引入表面更新理论,实现了连铸过程的稳态模拟。 Taking measured non-uniform beat flux as boundary condition, the three-dimensional model of billet-slagmould was developed using finite difference methods (FDM). The temperature fields of billet, mould and the slag over the meniscus were obtained. The calculation formula of gap size was introduced to predict the thickness distribution of the slag between the mould and billet. The results of calculation are in good agreement with the data reported in relevant literature. "Surface Renew" theory was introduced in the calculation, so the calculation realized the steady simulation.
