摘要
对近红外光谱(NIR)技术在食品安全检测方面的原理及其主要应用进行了综述。作为一种方便、快捷、高效的检测技术,近红外光谱技术在农作物、果蔬、肉制品检测及其他方面都有独到的优势和广阔的发展前景。
In this paper, the operation principle and applications of Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) in the inspection of food safety are overviewed. As a convenient, fast and high-efficient inspection technology, the NIR has its unique features and bright future in the inpection of crops, fruit and vegetables, meat products and other objects.
