摘要
为更有效地发挥高校教师党员在学业、思想、品德、作风等方面对学生和普通教师的示范作用和表率作用,基层党组织通过搭建“师德标兵、业务骨干、育人模范”平台,拓宽了高校教师党员体现先进性的途径,充实了教师党员体现先进性的内容,便于高校教师党员更好地服务于学生,服务于家长、服务于社会。
In order to exerting teacher party members model function for the student and the ordinary teacher in aspects of study,thought ,moral character and style ,Party＇s sub-organization builds platform of the teacher moral model, operation cadreman and the education mode, so that many approaches to displaying Advancement of teacher party members in universities are brought forward ,and the contents to displaying Advancement of teacher party members in universities are enriched. Therefore teacher party members in universities may serve the student, serve the guardian and serve the society.
