摘要
在1.5~3.5mol/L HCl介质中,有氨羧配合剂和溴化十六烷基三甲基铵存在下,铌(V)与二溴苯基萤光酮形成稳定的多元配合物。该配合物最大吸收波长为526nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.68×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。配合物组成是Nb:EDTA(NTA):DBPF=1:1:2。铌在0~3μg/10ml范围内符合比尔定律。本法用于直接测定硅酸盐岩石中的微量铌,结果满意。
Niobium(V) forms an orange multicomponent complex with aminopolycarboxylic acids, dibromophenylfluorone and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in a 1. 5~3. 5mol/L hydrochloric acid medium. The complex exhibits maximum absorption at 526nm and its molar absorptivity is 1. 68×10~5L. mol^(-l). cm^(-1). The molar ratio of niobium to EDTA (or NTA) to dibromophenylfluorone is found to be 1: 1: 2. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of O~3μg Nb/10ml. Most of other cations do not interfere with the determination of Nb(V). Interference of micioamounts of W, Ti, Ta can be eliminated by masking. The method has been used for direct determination of trace Nb(V) in silexite with satisfactory results.
