摘要
目的探讨青春期性发育激素在青春期肥胖女童中的变化规律,阐述儿童肥胖形成中体内有关能量平衡的调节因子青春期相关激素变化的关系。方法以某市区一所普通中学初一年级的12岁~14岁学生为对象,以13岁儿童BMI肥胖筛查标准(女>25.6)为肥胖判断标准筛选肥胖儿童32例。排除身高低于同年龄、同性别平均身高二个标准差以下者,按同年龄、同学校、身高相近的原则1:1选择对照。测定其空腹血清T、E2、LH、FSH水平。结果肥胖组骨龄提前,月经初潮年龄提前,与对照组比较血清E2、LH水平显著升高,sOB-R显著降低,T、FSH无统计学意义。结论肥胖儿童青春期发育启动或成熟年龄相对提前。
Objective In order to explan the relationship of regulating factors associated with energy balance and the puberty - associated hormones in the formation of children obese, we explore the changing rule of the puberty - associated hormones in obese girls. Methods We selected 32 obese girls within the 12 - 14year old students in certain a general middle school depending on the standard BMI of 13year old, then we determine the levels of T, E2, LH, FSH in limosis serum. Results bone age and menarehe of Obese group were brought forward; the levels of serum E2, LH were inereaseed significantly versus the control group; but the T, FSH levers have no statistics significance. Conclusion The puberty development startup and mature age of obese children were brought forward.
