摘要
罗丹明B是一种强荧光的染料化合物,在氨性介质中,铜(Ⅱ)可以催化过氧化氢将其氧化褪色、荧光消失。本文以此反应为指示反应,以固定时间法对反应条件进行了选择,建立了催化动力学吸收光度法和荧光光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。可测范围吸收光度法为0.002~0.06μg/25ml铜(Ⅱ)、荧光光度法为0.001~0.05μg/25ml铜(Ⅱ)。同时应用两种测试手段对人发、微量标准铝合金和镁合金中铜含量进行了分析,结果满意。微量标准样测定的相对误差均不大于4.0%。
A new catalytic kinetic method has been developed for determination of trace copper. In the presence of copper(Ⅱ) rhodamine B can be oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in NH_3-NH_4F medium(pH=9. 0) with the results of decoloration and a descent of fluorescence. This reac-tion can be served as a new indicator reaction for kinetic determination of trace copper by spectrophotometry or fluorometry. The range of determination is 0. 002~0. 06μg/25ml for spectrophotometry and 0. 001~0. 05μg/25ml for fluorometry. This method has been applied directly to determine copper in human hair and trace magnesium alloy and aluminium alloy by both spectrophotometry and fluorometry. The relative errors are less than 4. 0% for standard samples in either way.
