摘要
分别对决策阶段、设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段和竣工阶段等各阶段的投资控制进行了分析,指出在投资控制时应把握好建设工程各个阶段的特点,将技术和经济合理地结合起来,从而使投资效益得到提高。
From decision phase, design stage, bidding stage, construction and completion stage the investment controls are analyzed. Author points out that investment control should take the engineering characteristics of every stage in consideration to ensure investment return.
