摘要
指出了设计人员容易忽视,预算时应当注意的细节问题,就由于预算员立场不同容易出现的问题进行了分析,论述了预算人员应经常学习,总结规律,熟悉工程合同及协议等,对于提高建筑工程预算员的技术水平有积极意义。
The following paper points out the details which are easily ignored by designers and should be noticed during budget, analyzes the problems appeared because of different standpoints of estimators, and proposes that estimators should frequently study, summarize regulations, and know well engineering contracts and agreements, which has positive meanings for building engineering estimators to increase their engineering level.
