摘要
我国传统产业技术创新存在的主要问题是创新能力低。为此应构建传统产业长效自主创新机制,即以企业技术中心为核心,构建科技成果转化机制,知识产权保护机制;设立创新基金,建立技术创新风险防范与承担机制,以提升企业的自主创新能力。
Analyzed technique creative problems of traditional industry in our country ： The creative ability of traditional industry is low. Put forward setting up independent long effect creative mechanism in traditional industry： Take the enterprise technique center as the core, build up science and technology result conversion mechanism, the intelligent property right protects mechanism, setup innovation foundation, the creative risk of technique undertake mechanism, the risk controls mechanism, so that to promote the independent creative ability of the enterprise.
