非晶纳米氢氧化镍电极材料的制备及其控制条件 被引量:9

摘要 采用快速冷冻沉淀法制备了非晶态纳米氢氧化镍粉体材料。讨论了反应体系的pH值、温度和表面活性剂等因素对粉体特性的影响。结果表明,当选择表面活性剂为Tween80,反应体系的pH=11-12,T=55℃,反应时间为1h时,所制备的非晶氢氧化镍粉体粒度为30nm左右,形貌近似球形。将样品粉体作为MH-Ni电池正极活性材料,其充电电压低,电化学极化阻抗小,放电平台高(1.258V),且平稳时间较长,放电比容量达349.85mAh/g。 The amorphous nanometer Ni(OH)2 was synthesized by quick cryoprecipatation. The effects of PH, temperature, surfactant etc on the characteristics of the sample powder were discussed. The results show that the sample powder is amorphous with about 30 nm grain size and its morphology is similar to the spherical when PH value is 11-12, the temperature is 55℃ and the surfactant is Tween-80. A simulated MH-Ni battery was assembled with amorphous Ni(OH)2 as positive activity material nickel, the experimental results show that it has lower charge voltage, lower AC-impedance, longer discharge time, and discharge voltage smoothed at 1.258 V, and its discharge specific capacity reaches 349.85 mAh/g.
