摘要
以蚬壳花椒无菌组培苗为试材,采用单因子、双因子以及正交试验研究IBA、NAA、IAA、活性炭、基本培养基(大量元素、微量元素、有机质)对组培苗生根的影响。试验结果表明,基本培养基、IBA、NAA对不定报的分化有较大影响,蚬壳花椒组培苗适宜的生根培养基为1／3MS+IBA 0．3 mg·L-1+NAA 0．05 mg·L-1．生根率达78％,移栽成活率可达95％。
The effects of different basal medium and hormones and activated carbon on rooting of Zanthoxylum dissiturn Hemsl plantlet in vitro were researched, by single-factor experiment, two-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the basal medium, IBA and NAA all had great effects on differentiation of adventitious roots, and the rooting rate could reach 78% while plantlets were cultivated on 1/3MS supplemented with IBA0.3 mg· L^-1 and NAA 0. 05 mg · L^-1, which was the optimized medium, and the survival rate of plantlets transplanted was up to 95%.
