摘要
针对长期、大量使用抗球虫药带来的耐药性和药物残留问题,笔者用不同的3个中药配方及复方磺胺间氧嘧啶钠、百球清、球痢净进行了鸡感染性球虫卵囊的杀灭对比试验.结果显示A,B,C配方对柔嫩鸡感染性球虫卵囊都有杀灭作用,最小杀灭浓度分别为:250.00,125.00,500.00 mg/mL.而复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠、百球清、球痢净的最小杀灭浓度分别为10.00,25.00,75.00μg/mL.临床试验的数据也说明中药配方可以替代抗球虫药对鸡球虫病进行预防和治疗.
To the drug-fast and medicine remains problem because of the long time and large amount use of coccidiostats,the writer uses A, B, and C three different formula of Chinese traditional medicine and the Compound Sulfamonomethoxine,Pancoxin and Coccidiosis Enrofloxacin to have a contradistinctive experiment on killing chicken infective coccidiosis oocyst. The result shows all the A,B,and C formula have the killing effect on the chicken Eimeria tenella, and each of their minimum killing concentration is 31.25,31. 25,250.00 mg/mL and 250.00,62.50,500.00 mg/mL;and the minimum killing concentration of Compound Sulfamonomethoxine,Pancoxin and Coccidiosis Enrofloxacin separately are 10.00,25.00,75.00 μg/ mL. The clinical experiment Data shows that the Chinese traditional medicine can replace the coccidiostats to prevent and cure the chicken coccidiosis disease.
