哌罗匹隆是一类非典型抗精神病药,疗效肯定,锥体外系反应等药物不良反应较少。本文就哌罗匹隆的药理作用、药代动力学特征及与其他药物的相互作用做一综述。
Perospirone is an atypical antypsychotic. Its well curative effect and more attention. The pharmacological action, pharmacokinetics characters and drug interactions with other agents were reviewed.
