摘要
本文通过对我国电信业体制变革和产业重组特点的分析,认为基于相同的自然垄断属性,相似的经济技术特征、产业属性和历史渊源使邮政产业的改革路径与电信业具有更多的相同点,邮政业的改革应从电信业得到一些有益的经验教训,避免在即将到来的产业改革中出现大的失误。
By analyzing the course and trait of Chinese telecom industry system transform and industry regroup, the paper considers that there is much sameness about reformation route of post industry and telecom industry because of the same attribute of natural monopolization, economy technology character, industry attribute and history origin. The reformation of Chinese post industry can get many experiences from Chinese telecom industry to escape from big misplay in the coming industry information.
