摘要
利用现有图书馆、大专院校、科研院所等建设大型数据库等公共科技资源共享服务平台,依托网络技术,为自主创新提供公益性技术支持是一种快捷高效的信息利用机制。平台包括软件及硬件的行业内、区域内及完全开放的公共科技资源平台,这些都有利于整合现有资源,服务于自主创新。
It is a high-effective information utilization mechanism to make use of the public scientific resource based on the large-scale data base formed by the library, colleges and scientific institutes. The base includes fully open resource and the software and hardware in the field and the region. All these are good for integration of the resource for self-innovation.
