摘要
南京政府时期的律师制度是在北洋时期律师制度的基础上发展起来的,在保持历史连续性的同时,也在律师公会活动范围扩大、刑事辩护制度变革等方面体现了自身的一些特点。
The lawyer system during the period of Nanjing national government was developed on the basis of the lawyer system of Bei Yang period. While it kept the historical continuance, it also had its own features in terms of lawyers＇ public activities and the reform of defending system.
