摘要 采用二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)对壳聚糖进行接枝改性,探讨了影响其接枝改性的主要因素;通过红外光谱对接枝共聚物C-DMDAAC结构进行了表征分析,并研究了C-DMDAAC对手抄纸的增强效果。结果表明,壳聚糖与DMDAAC接枝的最佳反应条件为:壳聚糖与DMDAAC物质的量比1∶1、pH值6、温度90℃、时间3 h、引发剂浓度0.5 mmol/L;与壳聚糖相比,C-DMDAAC的分子质量增大,pH值稳定性增大,溶解性提高。红外光谱图进一步表征了C-DMDAAC的生成。C-DMDAAC对纸张有一定的增强效果。 The graft copolymer was synthesized by grafting dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) onto chitosan with ammonium cerium nitrate as initiator. The effects of reaction temperature, pH and concentration of initiator on product yield were examined. And the structure of chitosan and its derivates was studied by infrared (IR) spectrum. The optimum conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of chitosan/ DMDAAC 1 : 1,90℃, concentration of initiator 0.5mmol/L, pH = 6, the reaction time 3hr. The formation of graft copolymer of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and chitosan was confirmed by IR. The amidocyanogen of the grafting copolymer can bond with the carboxyl on the surface of the fibers and lead to better paper strength without any negative influence on the original fiber strength. The strengthening effect of the chitosan copolymer is significant.
