摘要
为探讨直肠癌低位切除术后吻合口漏的发生原因、处理对策及预防措施，回顾性分析42例直肠癌低位切除手术的临床资料，对发生吻合口漏者的相关资料进行分析和总结。发生吻合口漏3例，发生率7．1％，经保守治疗均愈合，无再次手术病例。结果表明，发生吻合口漏的原因较多，其中充分的术前准备、仔细的手术操作、术后充分的引流及吻合口减压是预防吻合口漏发生的关键。
The objective of the study was to discuss the genesis,management and prevention of complicated anaStomotic leakage after low position excision of rectal cancer. The clinical data of 42 cases who had undergone low position excision were analized and the data of complicated anastomotic leakage were summarized retrospectively. Of the 42 cases, anastomotic leakage occurred in 3 cases（7.1%） and was cured with conservative treatment. No more case underwent secondary surgical treatment. There are many causes related to the occurrence of anastomotic leakage, such aspects as better preoperative preparation, careful surgical manipulation,postoperative thorough drainage ＆ decompression of anastomotic stoma are the key factors.
