骨组织工程中基因修饰的种子细胞的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 骨组织工程是骨缺损修复和重建的主要发展方向,使用高效的种子细胞构建组织工程化骨,是目前研究的热点之一。研究者们利用组织工程和基因工程相结合的原理,通过转基因方法改造种子细胞,从而提高了种子细胞的成骨效率和组织工程化骨的质量。本文就目前研究较多的基因修饰的种子细胞情况作一综述。 Bone tissue engineering is a main development of the repair of bone defects. Using high efficient seed cells to construct tissue engineered bone is a challenge for the researchers. Based on the principle of tissue engineering and gene engineering , researchers used transgenic technique to improve the ossification of the seed cells and the quality of the tissue engineered bone. This review focuses on some gene modified seed cells.
