摘要
目的:探讨颈椎硬脊膜的感觉神经分布和来源,为颈肩痛的诊治提供依据。方法:12只SD大鼠,灌注后取颈椎硬脊膜包括根袖和椎管前后壁,作P物质(SP)免疫组织化学染色,观察感觉神经的分布。结果:大量的免疫反应阳性纤维位于脊神经节(DRG)根袖区,且直接来源于DRG神经元,硬脊膜腹侧区阳性反应纤维量较少,背侧区则很少见,硬脊膜腹侧骨膜层可见少量SP(+)纤维,背侧未见反应纤维。结论:大量感觉神经纤维分布于颈椎硬膜根袖区,可能和颈肩痛病因有关。
Objectives: To investigate the origin and distribution of sensory nerves of cervical dura mater and provide data for the therapy of neck and shoulder pain. Methods: 12 Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this study. Atter perfusing process, the cervical dura mater, consisting of meningeal and periosteal layers of epiradicular sheath, anterior and posterior wall of vertebral canal were removed and performed SP immunohistochemistry for innervation observation. Results: A large number of SP-IR fibers distributed to epiradicular sheath, which came from DRG neurons directly. A few fibers were found in meningeal and periosteal layers at the ventral side. However, at the dorsal side, more less fibers were seen in the meningeal layers and no fibers in the periosteal layers. Conclusions: A large number of sensory fibers innervate the DRG area which may be concerned with the reason of neck and should pain.
