摘要
以间羟基苯甲酸和3,4二氯三氟甲苯为起始原料,经过醚化、硝化和酰化三步反应合成了氟磺胺草醚,确定了各步反应的较佳工艺条件,总收率为79.04%,该工艺具有原料易得、反应步骤少等特点,适于工业化生产。
Fomesafen was synthesized in a three-step process involving etherification, nitration and acylation using m-hydroxybenzoic acid 3, 4-dichloride-trifluoride-methylbenzene as starting material, The overall yield was 79.04%. This process features the advantages of availability of reactants and few reaction steps, suitable for industrial scale manufacturing.
