卡莫司汀缓释植入剂对S180肉瘤的抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 以PLGA为载体的卡莫司汀缓释植入剂能有效抑制小鼠S180肿瘤的生长.含15%和25%卡莫司汀的缓释植入剂对肿瘤的抑制率分别为99%和98%(P<0.05).观察2个月发现,对照组小鼠平均存活时间为30.4天,15%卡莫司汀组小鼠平均存活52.7天(P<0.05),25%卡莫司汀组小鼠平均存活20天,瘤内注射组小鼠平均存活10天. The growth of S180 sarcoma in mouse is significant inhibited by BCNU-PLGA implants. Intralesional implantation of BCNU at 15% and 25% by weight in polymer result in a tumor growth inhibition of 99% and 98% (p〈0.05), respectively. Compared to control group (30. 4 days), BCNU at 15% significantly extend the mean survival time to 52.7 days, observe in two months. BCNU at 25% administere intralesionally in polymer or in injection significantly inhibited tumor growth, which is debilitated by systemic toxicities and seen with BCNU in either formulations.
