摘要
本文根据平原河网的水文水力特性及闸群工作特点,建立了河网闸群防洪体系的优化调度模型.模型中将离散微分动态规划法(DDDP)择优过程和模拟计算过程相结合,确定闸群的最优启闭顺序,开启闸孔数与时间,以实现河道在现有泄洪能力下的最佳运行状态.本模型应用东苕溪导流港的实例验算成果表明;结构合理、方法正确,程序具有速度快,效率高的特点.
In this paper, a model for flood control about optimal dispatching of Multi-sluice system is presented and formulated, based on the characteristie of hydrology and the deterministic river inflow in the plain dike areas. Its approach adopts discrete differential dynamic programming (DDDP) linking up with simulation techniqus on water conservancy facilities.Above model system and program have been applid to the optimal dispatching of multislllice flood control system of Huzhou area. The results of calculation show that the modeland nletheds is avaible, demonstrated, and successful.
