从技术与环境、经济、合同签订和履行等方面对建筑企业风险的种类进行了介绍,并阐述了控制风险、转移风险和保留风险三种建筑企业防范风险的方式,对建筑企业的生存和发展有一定的现实意义。
It introduces the risk varieties in the architectural enterprises from the aspects of the technique and environment, economy, contract definition and implementation, and represents three risk precaution methods that are controlling risk, transferring risk and holding risk, which will have some real meanings to the existence and development of the architectural projects.
