摘要
细旦多孔DTY丝,织造时普遍存在退绕性能不理想的情况。笔者通过对其物理性能尤其是卷装成型性能的试验,提出改善其退绕性能的措施,使细旦多孔DTY丝得到平整而均匀的卷装,具有稳定而优异的退绕性能,为后续加工提供有力的保证。
For micro-dtex and more-filaments PET DTY, a big problem is bad unwinding performance when weaving at high speed by customer. By modification the physical properties and especially the package build-up properties, The article bring forward the measure to enhance the unwinding performance. Using it, can get the evenness and smoothness package, which has a stable and excellent unwinding, effectively ensured the customer's high speed producing.
