摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射对水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料涂层基体进行微观分析,研究涂料的活性组分渗透进入混凝土内发生的化学反应、反应可能生成的晶体产物及活性离子的渗透深度。结果表明,涂料的活性化学物质渗透进入混凝土内部,与混凝土基体发生化学作用生成不溶针状晶体。
Microscopic analysis is made on cement based permeable crystallization type waterproof paint and study is made on chemical reactions taken place when active ingredient of the paint penetrated into the concrete and on penetration depth of crystalloid product and active ion that may create by reaction using XRD and SEM. The results indicate that reactive ingredient of the paint penetrated into the internal part of concrete reacts with cement matrix to produce insoluble needle-like crystal.
