摘要
跨组织业务流程的影响因素可以用一个多维结构表示,据此可以进一步构造一种启发式分析方法,为跨组织业务流程变革领域的诊断分析、创意激发和总体规划提供一个实用的思考模型。
Factors to affect the inter -organization business process can be expressed as a multidimensional structure. A heuristic analysis method can be further constructed based on the structure. We can apply an elaborative model to diagnose analysis, originality kindling and general layout in inter - organization business process transform field.
