摘要
简述了企业内部控制的现状及主要表现,分析了企业内部控制存在问题的成因,提出加强企业内部控制的三点对策。
This paper describes the present situation enterprise＇s control measurement and the performance anti analyses the formation cause of internal control problem. Then it is suggests that three solution methods could be used to strengthen internal enterprise＇s control measurement.
