摘要
科技企业科研管理涉及到科技企业科研发展的各个方面,对于科技企业科研水平的提升具有重要意义,针对目前我国科技企业科研过程中存在的一些问题及其表现,通过分析产生这些问题的原因,提出了如何解决这些问题的意见。
The manegement of science and research style enterprise involved every aspect of development of science and research enterprice, it has important significance for improving the manegement level of science and research enterprice. This paper discussed some problems and manifestations of science and research enterpriceduring the development of science, analyzed the causes of these problems and put forwarded some suggests to solve these problems.
