摘要
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的起草工作历经数年，全国人大常委会於2005年12月24日对草案进行了第一次审议。于2006年3月30日向全国公布草案，广泛徵求意见．最近全国人大常委会又于2006年12月24日对修订后的《劳动合同法（草案）》进行第二次审议。《劳动合同法》这一关系到每一位劳动者切身利益的法律的制订成为中国立法工作中的热点之一，现仅就《劳动合同法》的制订谈谈自己的认识。
The drafting of the ＂Law on Labour Contract of the People＇s Republic of China＂ lasted several years before its first deliberation by the Standing Committee of the National People＇s Congress on Dec 30, 2005. In order to solicit opinions broadly, the draft was publicized on Mar. 24, 2006. Recently, the Standing Committee deliberated on the revised draft a second time on Dec 24, 2006. Because the＂Law on Labour Contract＂ （LLC） is closely related to every labourer＇ s vital interests, its drafting has become one of the most hotly pursued legislation activities. I＇ll discuss in the following some of my views regarding the enactment of the LLC.
