摘要
目的：建立用高效液相色谱法测定疤痕止痒软化乳膏中丹皮酚含量的方法.方法：色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（65∶45）,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为274nm,柱温为 30℃,进样量为10μL.结果：线性范围为0.020 94～0.198 93 μg（r=0.999 9）;平均回收率为98.3%（RSD=2.51%,n=6）.结论：本方法分离度好、快速、简便,可作为产品的质量控制方法.
OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of Paeonol in Bahenzhiyang ointment. METHODS： An HPLC test was performed using Shim - pack VP - ODS （150mm × 46mm, 5μm） as column, methanol- water（65 ： 45） as mobile phase, with the flow rate set 1.0mL ·min^ -1, detection wavelength at 274nm, column temperature at 30℃ and sample size at 10μL.RESULTS： The linear range was 0.020 94-0.198 93μg（ r = 0.999 9） .The average recovery was 98.3% （RSD = 2.51%, n = 6） . CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, rapid with good separation resuits, and can be used as a method for the quality control of the product.
