一种确定角膜屈光术后人工晶体屈光度的新方法 被引量:4

New method of calculating IOL power after excimer laser photorefract keratectomy

摘要 提出了采用人工晶体(IOL)屈光度计算公式与光线追迹相结合的方法来预算准分子激光近视屈光矫正术后白内障术眼所需植入人工晶体(单焦点后房型)的屈光度。首先利用SRK-T计算公式根据角膜屈光术前的角膜测量参数确定人工晶体的植入位置,然后利用术后的角膜切削区光学参数,通过光线追迹的方法给出所需植入人工晶体的屈光度值。以Hwey-Lan Liou眼模型的角膜光学参数为基础,取眼轴长度为27mm,当近视屈光矫正度从3D到9D变化时,所需植入的人工晶体屈光度从16.99D增大到25.98D,表征该计算方法误差的Do与DN差值从0.12D增大到0.63D,均值为0.36D,与Jaime Aramberri计算法所获得的临床数据结果0.43D相当。该计算方法简单,准确。 A method of calculating Intraocular Lens (IOL) power (monofocal posterior chamber IOLs) after excimer laser photorefract keratectomy through theoretical IOL power calculation formula and ray tracing is proposed. First, with the corneal parameters which are obtained before refractive surgery, the position of effective lens is calculated by the standard SRK-T formula. And then with the optic parameters of cornea ablation zone, the power oflOL is calculated by ray tracing method. Based on the corneal optic parameters of Hwey-Lan Liou eye model, setting the axial length is 27mm, the IOL power increases from 16.99D to 25.98D when the corneal correction power varies from 3D to 9D, and the D-value of Do and DN which attributes the accuracy of the method calculating IOLs power varies from 0.12D to 0.63D, the mean value is 0.36D which is equal to Jaime Aramberri's clinical data result of 0.43D.
