摘要
介绍了气辅注塑成型过程计算机仿真研究方面的最新进展。作者从模拟和计算机仿真方面着手,叙述了近年来国内外有关气辅注塑计算机仿真研究所取得的成果。最后展望了气辅注塑成型计算机仿真研究的发展趋势,认为随着计算机控制技术以及软件技术的发展,对加工参数实现更灵敏的控制,可对成型过程实现更加逼真的模拟仿真;但与国外相比,国内的CAE技术相对落后,因此需要在气辅计算机仿真研究方面尽快与国际接轨。
New development of the research on computer emulation of Gas-assisted Injecting Molding Technology (GAIM) was presented in this article. The author described achievement of the research on computer emulation of GAIM including simulation now. Finally, the author gave some expectation to development direction of the research on computer emulation of GAIM in our country and thinks the development of the computer control technique and software can carry out a more intelligent control towards processing parameter, so can carry out more lifelike emulation to imitate to process of GAIM. But compared with the abroad, the local CAE technique is to fall behind, so we should be in line with nations on computer emulation of GAIM as soon as possible.
