摘要
在阅读和研究国内外陆上健身操和水中健身操相关资料的基础上,采用对照实验研究,对中老年女性进行身体形态、生理机能、血液生化指标进行测试,对测试结果进行数理统计分析.结果表明:对中老年人而言,水中有氧健身操相对陆上健身操更安全、更有效.
Based on reading and studying a lot of literature materials on aerobics at home and abroad as well as testing with physiological and biochemical indexes in wrinkly woman taking part in aerobic exercise training, their body-shape and functions, cardio-respirator function and blood indexes were analyzed completely so as to provide gist for establishing scientific evaluation of physiological loading. The result show during aerobic exercise in water for mid-aged and old woman is better to be safe and effective.
