摘要
随着计算机和通信技术的不断发展,移动增值业务因能充分挖掘移动网络的潜力而成为移动运营商价值链中最重要的组成部分.PTT(Push To Talk)作为一项新的话音增值业务倍受我国业界关注并正在积极进行试验.PTT可以花费最短的时间与同样持有PTT手机终端的对方建立通话连接,并且在GSM/GPRS或CDMA等移动通信网络覆盖的地区都可以正常漫游使用.另外,PTT可实现组呼功能,尤其适合需要与群组或个人进行频繁间断通话的用户;它还具备多种优势.
With the continuous development of computer and communication technology, Mobile addedvalue services has firstly become the most important part of the value chain in the mobile market, for it can fully tap the potential of the mobile network. FTT （ Push To Talk） as a new voice value - added services has been put great attention to and tested. PTr can set a conversing link between those who FIT cell phones mithin the shortest period time and it can be used in all of the mobile communication networks, such as GSM/GPRS/CDMA have covered. Furthermore, the PTT group call function can be realized for the same time direct one-to-many calls, particularly suitable for groups or individuals in need and frequently interrupted phone users. It has many other merits.
