摘要
2006年是我国房地产宏观调控政策出台最多和调控力度最大的一年。就调控后的房地产业的政策环境、市场情况、价格走势和消费心态等进行了深入的研究,并对我国2007年房地产走势进行了相关分析,可供房地产管理和市场人士参考和借鉴。
The year of 2006 witnessed the most macro-policies, strongest adjustment and control of Chinese real estate industry. This paper makes a thorough research of the real estate industry after the macro adjustment and control in its policy environment, market circumstance, price fluctuation, and consumers＇ intention. Besides, it analyzes the trends of real estate industry in 2007 to be used as reference for administration and marketing.
