摘要
教育对收入分配有着重要的影响,而收入分配不均是影响社会和谐的重要方面,研究教育与收入的关系,对构建和谐社会具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文从不同教育层次的收入差距、收入稳定性、收入的信号及生产功能等方面阐述教育对收入的影响,以及与构建和谐社会的关系,并在此基础上提出一些政策性建议。
Education has an important effect on the income assignment, and unfairness of income assignment is an important aspectof affecting the social harmony, the research on relations between education and income has the important theoretical significance and the practical significance to constructs the harmonious society. This article elaborated the relation of education, income and harmonious society from three aspects of income disparity, the income stability, the income signal and the productive function of the different education level, in this foundation, puts forward some policy proposals.
