摘要
目的：采用HPLC法测定抗宫炎胶囊中盐酸水苏碱的含量。方法：色谱柱为WatersSEX色谱柱，流动相为15mmol·L^-1的磷酸二氢钾溶液（含0．03％三乙胺和0．1％磷酸），检测波长为192nm，流速为1．0ml／min，柱温为25℃。结果：线性范围为0．6664-3．3320μg（γ=0．9999），平均加样回收率为100．976％，RSD为2．14％（n=5）。结论：该法简便，准确，可作为抗宫炎胶囊的含量测定方法。
Objective： HPLC method was used to determinate the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Kanggongyan capsule. Method：The chromatographic conditions included Waters SCX column and the mobile phase consisted of 15 mmol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate （containing 0.03% triethylamine and 0.1% Phosphoric acid）. The detection wavelength was 192 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min - 1. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Result ： It showed a linearity at the range of 0. 6664 - 3.3320 μg （r = 0.9999）, the average recovery was 100.976% ,RSD% =2.14% （n =5）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, can be used for the quality control of Kanggongyan capsule.
