摘要
为了更好的研究细胞在近生理环境下的力学响应,本文利用集中参数模型,通过数值模拟的结果来指导实验.在平行平板流动腔前后添加必要的元件构成三元件三单元的集中参数模型,通过改变参数来模拟各种近生理压力波形.
The author utilizes the lumped-parameter model to simulate the response of mammalian cells under the influence of pulsatile flow and simulates thepulsatile flow environment by the numerical result. A novel PPFC system is composed of three units with three elements. We can get the well characterized arterial pressure similar to mammalian physiology by changing the parameters.
